Welsh Shooting Achieve Level 2 Safeguarding

Welsh Shooting are proud to announce, we have officially achieved Level 2 ‘Met’ in our recent CPSU Safeguarding Panel assessment — a fantastic outcome which reflects our unwavering commitment to making shooting a safe, inclusive, and responsible sport for all.

Our Governance and Safeguarding Manager, Kerry Skidmore, said about the outcome: ‘This success is the result of a genuine team effort across Welsh Shooting and the 5 shooting Associations in Wales. Together, we’re embedded safeguarding into everything we do, and we’re being recognised for our best practices and proactive approach. I am looking forward to further developing our safeguarding provision with the team to ensure Welsh Shooting is a safe and inclusive space for all of our community.’
