The Company Secretary is appointed by The Board and responsible for arranging the Annual General Meeting, in addition to regular Board Meetings, recording Minutes of all meetings and keeping statutory records.
Paul has been involved in Target Shooting sport for more than 50 years. No longer a shooting athlete, he is very much involved with the administration of Olympic Target Shooting. He has been Company Secretary since 2013. He is an ISSF licenced Judge, officiating regularly at International Championships. At the London Olympics and Paralympics, 2012, he was appointed Chief Range Officer for all Rifle and Pistol Finals. He is also an ISSF Judges Instructor, holding training courses around the world. He is an elected member of the ISSF Technical Committee. Paul’s experience and involvement with the Rules working party in the International Shooting Sport Federation enables him to regularly brief the High Performance Athletes as to Rule changes covering the participation in International Championships as well as the detailed rules regarding the equipment used by athletes at this level.
