British Shooting Coach Development Initiative

Are you passionate about producing future Olympic and Paralympic Rifle Champions?

Here is the opportunity!

British Shooting would like to offer an exciting opportunity for UK rifle coaches who possess a qualification as an NSRA Club Instructor, Club Coach, County Coach, National Coach or an ISSF coaching qualification, with coaching experience at club, county or national level to join its Coach Development initiative.

The coaches selected will have the opportunity to work with experienced rifle coaches in the British Shooting National, Talent, and Development Academies.

They will be working with the UKs most promising Olympic and Paralympic rifle shooters in the British Shooting Academies. There may also be opportunities to work with the Olympic and Paralympic World Class Programme athletes as well.

The coaches will also get opportunities to follow the coach development courses/programmes conducted by the UK Coaching

The ultimate aim is to develop these coaches selected to work independently with British Shooting Academies to develop the athletes to reach their potential and beyond.
