Network Development Manager

The Network Development Manager is responsible for the WTSF network development initiatives, and events in line with the strategic plan as set by the Board of Directors. The role is expansive, with responsibility for the WTSF Website through to recruitment of a volunteer workforce.

The current initiatives are:

• Map the Welsh target shooting network & annually evaluate the impact of initiatives.
• Create one or more strategic partnerships within Welsh education, health, or sport sectors.
• 2500 Welsh Juniors to try target shooting by 2025.

Current events are:

• Para Sport Festival Swansea
• Welsh Airgun Championships
• Shotgun, Rifle & Pistol taster events
