The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for delivering the WTSF strategic plan agreed by the Board, development of governance, pathways and infrastructure of the WTSF and the sport of target shooting in Wales, whilst supporting the Chair to develop and implement future strategic plans and key partnerships for the WTSF.
