Dau Eicon Saethu Cymru yn cael eu Hanrhydeddu yng Ngwobrau Neuadd Enwogion Chwaraeon Cymru 2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Mae cymuned saethu Cymru yn dathlu moment nodedig wrth i\u2019r Arglwydd Abertawe a David Phelps, dau o athletwyr mwyaf llwyddiannus y gamp, gael eu sefydlu\u2019n ffurfiol yn Neuadd Enwogion Chwaraeon Cymru mewn noson wobrwyo fawreddog a gynhaliwyd yng Ngwesty\u2019r Parkgate yng Nghaerdydd.<\/p>\n

Daeth seremoni 2026 ag athletwyr, hyfforddwyr, gweinyddwyr a chefnogwyr o bob cwr o Gymru ynghyd i gydnabod cyfraniadau eithriadol i chwaraeon Cymru. I'r gymuned saethu, roedd y noson yn fuddugoliaeth ddwbl.<\/p>\n

Arglwydd Abertawe: Oes o Wasanaeth a Rhagoriaeth Chwaraeon<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Mae urddo Arglwydd Abertawe, John Vivian, 4ydd Barwn Abertawe (1 Ionawr 1925 \u2013 27 Mehefin 2005) i Neuadd Enwogion Chwaraeon Cymru ar \u00f4l ei farwolaeth, yn anrhydeddu dyn y mae ei ddylanwad ar saethu Cymru yn cwmpasu rhagoriaeth gystadleuol, llywodraethu, eiriolaeth a mentora. Mae ei waddol yn un o ddyfnder prin: athletwr a enillodd fedalau, arweinydd cenedlaethol, a gwarcheidwad gydol oes o draddodiadau a dyfodol y gamp.<\/p>\n

Ei gamp orau dros Gymru oedd ei fedal Aur yng Ngemau'r Gymanwlad ym 1966 (a elwid bryd hynny'n Gemau'r Ymerodraeth o hyd).<\/p>\n

Mae ei gydnabyddiaeth gan Neuadd yr Enwogion yn adlewyrchu nid yn unig ei gyflawniadau personol ond hefyd yr etifeddiaeth barhaol a greodd ar gyfer cenedlaethau'r dyfodol o saethwyr Cymru.<\/p>\n

Yn ymuno ag ef mae David Phelps, un o saethwyr reifflau mwyaf dawnus Cymru. Mae gyrfa Phelps wedi'i diffinio gan gywirdeb, cysondeb, a llwyddiant mewn pencampwriaethau mawr, yn fwyaf nodedig ei lwyddiannau medal aur yng Ngemau'r Gymanwlad 2010 a 2018, perfformiadau a gadarnhaodd ei statws ymhlith el\u00eet saethu rhyngwladol.<\/p>\n

Ar draws sawl ymddangosiad yn y Gemau a blynyddoedd o gynrychioli Cymru a Phrydain Fawr, mae Phelps wedi bod yn fodel o broffesiynoldeb ac ymroddiad.
