Yr wythnos diwethaf, gwnaeth Swyddfa Gartref y Llywodraeth nifer o newidiadau i\u2019r ffioedd trwydded ar gyfer tystysgrifau dryll tanio a drylliau.<\/p>\n

Mae\u2019r codiadau\u2019n amrywio rhwng 111% a 157% o gynnydd ar y strwythur ffioedd presennol \u2013 ymhell y tu hwnt i chwyddiant cyfansawdd ers 2014, pan ddiweddarwyd y strwythur ffioedd ddiwethaf.<\/p>\n

Cwblhawyd y newidiadau hyn wheb unrhyw ymgynghori \u00e2 rhanddeiliaid na\u2019r cyhoedd, nid yw\u2019r gorchymyn hwn yn s\u00f4n o gwbl am welliannau lefel gwasanaeth, cyfrifo costau, cydnabyddiaeth o\u2019r cynnydd sylweddol mewn costau profforma meddygol mandadol ar gyfer trwyddedeion, nac unrhyw s\u00f4n am ymestyn cyfnod y drwydded o bump i ddeng mlynedd, sy\u2019n bosibl yn sgil cyflwyno marcwyr meddygol newydd.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mae cynnydd o hyd at 157% yng nghost tystysgrifau dryll a dryll yn mynd i gael effaith ariannol sylweddol ar athletwyr sy'n cymryd rhan yn ein camp. Rydym yn dadlau, os yw\u2019r llywodraeth am adennill cost trwyddedu drylliau, bod yn rhaid iddi fod ar gyfer system effeithlon sy\u2019n cyflawni ar gyfer ein hathletwyr a\u2019r cyhoedd.
