Mae Ffederasiwn Saethu Targedau Cymru yn falch o ailddatgan ein hymrwymiad i chwaraeon gl\u00e2n trwy gefnogi ymgyrch Wythnos Chwaraeon Gl\u00e2n y DU Gwrth Gyffuriau (UKAD) rhwng 13 a 17 Mai.<\/p>\n

Wythnos Chwaraeon Gl\u00e2n yw wythnos ymwybyddiaeth genedlaethol UKAD sy'n hyrwyddo chwaraeon gl\u00e2n, addysg a mentrau gwrth-gyffuriau gyda chwaraeon ledled y DU. Thema Wythnos Chwaraeon Gl\u00e2n eleni yw \u201cTaith i\u2019r Podiwm\u201d. Drwy gydol yr wythnos, bydd UKAD yn arddangos pwysigrwydd y daith chwaraeon l\u00e2n trwy lens athletwyr a'r gymuned chwaraeon elitaidd.<\/p>\n

Dylai gwrth-gyffuriau fod yn rhan allweddol o daith pob athletwr a pherson cymorth - ni ddylai byth fod yn \u00f4l-ystyriaeth. Mae chwaraeon gl\u00e2n yn rhan hanfodol o deithiau ein hathletwyr i'r podiwm \/ mewn chwaraeon proffesiynol. Mae'n cymryd oes o waith, ymrwymiad a rhwydwaith o gefnogaeth i helpu athletwyr i berfformio ar y brig. Gellir cymryd yr ymdrech hon i ffwrdd mewn eiliad trwy ddopio. Mae creu diwylliant o chwaraeon gl\u00e2n yn hanfodol ar gyfer iechyd a lles ein hathletwyr ac uniondeb saethu yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n

Mae gan bob un ohonom gyfrifoldeb i gadw chwaraeon yn l\u00e2n, i godi ymwybyddiaeth o gyffuriau gwrth-gyffuriau ac i ddathlu llwyddiannau athletwyr - trwy waith caled, penderfyniad a thrwy gystadlu'n l\u00e2n.<\/p>\n

Rydym yn annog unrhyw un yn ein cymuned chwaraeon a hoffai ddysgu mwy am wrth-gyffuriau i gofrestru ar gyfer Hyb Chwaraeon Gl\u00e2n UKAD lle mae cyrsiau addysg am ddim i athletwyr, myfyrwyr, hyfforddwyr ac ymarferwyr.<\/p>\n
