Dros yr ychydig fisoedd diwethaf mae WTSF wedi recriwtio pobl newydd dalentog i'r staff a'r bwrdd. Maent wedi ymuno \u00e2\u2019r sefydliad mewn amrywiaeth o rolau cyflogedig a gwirfoddol, ac mae eu sgiliau a\u2019u profiad yn cael effaith wirioneddol ar sut mae\u2019r WTSF yn gweithredu ac yn gweithredu\u2019r cynllun strategol newydd ar gyfer saethu targedau yng Nghymru. Mae\u2019r WTSF eisiau diolch a dathlu\u2019r bobl hyn am eu cyfraniadau parhaus i saethu targed yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n

Jatin Patel \u2013 Cyfarwyddwr Cyllid<\/h3>\n

Jatin<\/a> ymunodd \u00e2'r WTSF yn 2020 fel y Cyfarwyddwr Cyllid newydd yn cymryd yr awenau oddi wrth Paul Donovan a fu'n rhedeg cyllid y WTSF yn gadarn am flynyddoedd lawer. Daw Jatin \u00e2 blynyddoedd lawer o brofiad o\u2019r byd cyllid rhyngwladol i\u2019w r\u00f4l gyda\u2019r WTSF, gan wella sut mae\u2019r sefydliadau\u2019n rheoli arian a risgiau.<\/p>\n

John Harris \u2013 Ymgynghorydd Rheolaeth Strategol<\/h3>\n

Ymunodd John \u00e2\u2019r WTSF yn dilyn 9 mlynedd fel Cadeirydd Saethu Prydain a ddaeth i ben gyda\u2019r Gwobr Ysbryd Perfformiad Uchel<\/a>. Cafodd ei bleidleisio\u2019n unfrydol ar fwrdd WTSF ym mis Tachwedd 2020 fel Cynghorydd Rheoli Strategol. Daw John \u00e2\u2019i arbenigedd mewn rheolaeth sefydliadol a phrofiad o ddatblygu corff saethu cenedlaethol ar adeg allweddol i\u2019r WTSF yn dilyn lansio\u2019r cynllun strategol newydd yng ngwanwyn 2020.<\/p>\n

David Lloyd - Ceidwad Llyfrau<\/h3>\n

Dafydd<\/a> ymunodd \u00e2\u2019r WTSF ym mis Medi 2020 a daeth \u00e2\u2019i flynyddoedd lawer o reolaeth ariannol o\u2019r sector cyhoeddus a phreifat. Yn ogystal \u00e2 rheoli'r cyllid o ddydd i ddydd, mae David yn adolygu ac yn gwella prosesau busnes mewnol ac yn gweithio'n agos gyda Jatin i reoli risgiau ariannol yn well.<\/p>\n
