{"id":1256,"date":"2020-10-26T12:42:24","date_gmt":"2020-10-26T12:42:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wtsf.wpengine.com\/?p=1256"},"modified":"2020-10-26T12:42:24","modified_gmt":"2020-10-26T12:42:24","slug":"european-firearms-pass-post-brexit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wtsf.org.uk\/cy\/european-firearms-pass-post-brexit\/","title":{"rendered":"Tocyn Drylliau Saethu Ewropeaidd \u2013 Ar \u00f4l Brexit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rydym wedi cael canllawiau gan Lywodraeth y DU ynghylch trefniadau ar gyfer y Tocyn Drylliau Saethu Ewropeaidd yn dilyn ymadawiad y DU \u00e2\u2019r UE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Newidiadau i EFPs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pan ddaw cyfnod pontio\u2019r DU i ben, o 1 Ionawr 2021 ni fydd trigolion Prydain Fawr bellach yn gallu gwneud cais am Docyn Drylliau Saethu Ewropeaidd (EFP) na defnyddio un i deithio i\u2019r UE gyda\u2019u dryll tanio neu wn saethu.<\/p>\n<p>Cyn teithio, bydd angen i drigolion Prydain Fawr wirio a dilyn gofynion trwyddedu unrhyw wlad yn yr UE y bydd ganddynt ddryll tanio o 1 Ionawr, yn ogystal \u00e2 rheolaethau mewnforio ac allforio\u2019r DU. Mae hyn yn cynnwys os ydych yn un o wledydd yr UE ar 1 Ionawr.<\/p>\n<p>Efallai y bydd gan wledydd amseroedd arwain amrywiol ar gyfer gwneud cais am drwyddedau, felly rydym yn argymell gwirio gofynion ymhell cyn teithio.<\/p>\n<p>Os ydych chi&#039;n noddi ymwelydd o&#039;r UE sy&#039;n dod ag arf saethu i Brydain Fawr, dylech wneud cais i&#039;r heddlu lleol am drwydded ymwelydd fel nawr ond ni fydd angen i chi ddangos EFP dilys yr ymwelydd.
